Do you want to be HEALTHY being healthy is very important so you can live longer and do lots of stuff like playing sports.
  1. Did you know that if you don't eat, your metabolism will store fat and you will actually gain weight when you are not eating.                                                                                          
  2. if your meal is the size of your palm that is your portion and that is a healthy portion          
  3. if you have 5+ a day then that's good even though the fruit is dried up or canned that's still a fruit. like raisins that's dried up grapes and grapes are fruit.                                            
  4. 8 glasses of water is better than juice and coke. drinking 8 glasses of water will keep you hydrated and healthy                                                                                                                
  5. did you know if you clean and do choirs that's still excising because you are bending and getting under the chairs and pushing the vacuum.                                                                
  6. your metabolism will be slow if you don't be active.your metabolism will be fast if you be active and burn the fat.
